About Dr. Tim
Dr. Tim is a Michigan native, growing up outside of Ann Arbor and traveling most of the state over the course of his life. He earned is under-graduate degree from Eastern Michigan University before moving on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in Chesterfield (St Louis), MO.
He has been a licensed chiropractor for 17 years, practicing in Michigan since 2013, utilizing Diversified, Flexion/Distraction, drop table, spinal decompression, TRT and instrument adjusting as well as several soft tissue and physical therapy modalities to obtain the best patient outcome.
Dr. Tim lives with his wife and dogs in Mid-Michigan’s Houghton Lake area and serves offices throughout the entire state.

How much notice do you typically need for coverage?
While advance notice is always appreciated to ensure availability, we understand that emergencies happen. Contact us even for last-minute needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What are your fees for coverage?
A: Our coverage fees are structured to provide transparent pricing for your practice. We require a $200 deposit per day of coverage.
An additional mileage fee is applied based on the round-trip distance from Houghton Lake, Michigan:
Less than 100 miles: $70
100 to 150 miles: $90
Greater than 150 miles: $125
For multi-day coverage, the daily mileage fee is reduced to $120 (regardless of distance tier, if it’s part of a continuous multi-day booking).
What is your refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Greater than two weeks notice: Full refund.
1-2 weeks notice: 50% refund.
Less than one week notice: 25% refund.

Doc For The Day is a traveling service, and our fees typically account for our own travel and accommodation within Michigan. We handle our own logistics, simplifying the process for you.
